Hommakase by Sang e-gift cards
; are non-refundable and must be used in full; are valid for 2 years from the day of the purchase
; cannot be exchanged or redeemed in whole or part for cash
; no change will be given but any unused balance will remain on the gift card
; are treated as cash and cannot be replaced if lost or stolen. Hommakase by Sang will not accept any liability for lost, stolen or damaged e-gift cards
; may not be re-sold or bartered for cash
; Hommakase by sang may withdraw or cancel the gift card and require an alternative form of payment if we suspect that the gift card may have been stolen or fraudulently made. Further action may also be taken
; Hommakase by Sang reserves the right to change any of the terms and contained in these Terms and Conditions at any time where the change is required
; by purchasing, redeeming or attempting to redeem a gift card, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. You may be required to produce proof of identification at the time of redeeming your gift card. If you are unable to provide identification Hommakase by Sang may elect to not accept the gift card as payment until you are able to do so.
