Hommakase by Sang was created by Sangyong and Elle, the husband-and-wife team behind by Sang.

But as busy parents ourselves, we know that going out isn’t always simple. Some nights, comfort, ease and time together matter just as much as the food itself. Hommakase was created to bring omakase-level quality into everyday life without the formality or pressure of a traditional night out.

Our food is driven by a deep passion for seafood. With Sangyong’s background as a former fishmonger, we source the freshest sustainable, locally harvested seafood and seasonal produce available. We handle with respect for nature, choosing ingredients at their peak and minimising unnecessary waste.

Hommakase offers a carefully curated selection of seasonal bites, prepared with the same care and attention you’d expect from an omakase counter but designed to be enjoyed anywhere.
